Early-stage venture-backed startup (Techstars Chicago ‘17) looking for a talented head of marketing to join our fast growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO as the first full-time marketer, and have an integral role in creating a category defining business with a meaningful impact on top-line revenue growth.

What your role will be
We’re looking for a talented head of marketing to help us continue to rapidly scale 4Degrees. Your core objective will be to develop, implement and refine our demand generation strategy across channels - with the goal of rapidly growing qualified lead volume to scale the business. To do this, you’ll be building our lead generation playbook from scratch - experimenting with and assessing growth channels for top-of-funnel volume and conversions, and working to scale the successful ones. You’ll also help us grow our public presence through the creation and execution of content marketing strategies that help prospects understand the benefits of working with us.

Skills you’ll need
Articulate storytelling and communication - across channels and mediums, including in person conversations, email, ad copy, landing pages, and more.
Strong B2B SaaS demand generation toolkit - able to own and drive lead volume through email, SEM, and other traction channels.
Content creation and distribution - skilled in creating compelling content in different lengths and formats, and driving distribution to get in front of the right audiences.
Marketing funnel optimization - comfortable working with data and software (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze marketing efforts, determining ROI, and adjusting to improve results
