Role summary

Equilibria is looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join their rapidly growing Business Development team. Equilibria is a high-growth, omni-channel premium CBD platform for women. Role specifics

• Coordinate Influencer onboarding & welcome details (promo codes, gifting products, etc)
• Maintain monthly invoices and contracts for all Influencer/ Affiliate relationships
• Coordinate regular virtual influencer events, including managing logistical details, guest list, and follow ups with community members  (IG Lives, Influencer Zoom calls, etc.)
• Project-manage the creation & updating of influencer collateral, newsletters,etc.
• Support Influencer Marketing team with lead generation by reaching out to potential influencer affiliates on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with Social Media counterparts to manage inbound and outbound communication with our Influencer community
• Identify exploratory channels beyond Influencer and Facebook for the Equilibria community to grow (Pinterest, YouTube, Tiktok)
• Other support responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2+ years work experience  (influencer marketing experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of social platforms required
• Project management experience a plus
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ease managing relationships with respect and commitment
• Positive and flexible work ethic!
