As a Marketing Account Strategist you'll provide thought leadership as the face of the client, our community banks, commercial banking, and/or niche banking groups.

What You'll Do

  • Defining, crafting, and assessing annual and ad-hoc strategic marketing plans are aligned to bank leadership-established objectives and goals.
  • Synthesizing market intel through a variety of channels and thoughtfully integrating this information into strategic plans and campaigns.
  • Ideating and collaboratively executing large-scale digital and integrated corporate and local bank campaign initiatives as assigned.
  • Working collaboratively across all marketing teams - particularly with digital, creative, retail marketing, and content teams - to ensure total alignment of campaign assets with stakeholder objectives, always monitoring and refining for optimal results.
  • Together with digital and analytics team, defining campaign KPIs.
  • Presenting and translating campaign results into digestible and compelling narratives to bank leadership that confirm or refute campaign hypotheses through consistent testing and optimization.


Qualifications

  • Expert in building holistic, business shaping strategies and framing into achievable marketing and go-to-market plans.
  • Experience managing a team or direct report(s) (can be smaller team).
  • Working experience in critical evaluation of Analytics/Modeling/Reporting with working knowledge of manipulating or even crafting the data/reporting.
  • Digitally savvy with experience in executing integrated campaigns, remarketing initiatives, etc.
  • Concise with ability to craft a compelling narrative.
