Marketing Automation Manager

 Community Brands is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Operations Team. Marketing automation is a fast-growing area with enormous potential for career growth. The Marketing Automation Manager will work closely with our demand gen teams to build and execute the online aspects of our marketing campaigns. This role will be a power user of marketing automation and CRM systems. This is a mid-level, full-time, salaried position in our company headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team of marketing managers by handling the setup, execution, and tracking of online aspects of marketing programs, including email marketing, lead nurturing, landing pages, webinars, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to sync lead and campaign information between marketing automation and our CRM tool.
  • Ensure accuracy of campaign results in marketing automation and CRM system.
  • Provide guidance to marketing teams on available marketing lists for campaign use and ensure database cleanliness.
  • Continuously analyze operational processes and industry best practices to find, recommend and implement new efficiencies.
  • Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of the systems, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support.
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact with marketing automation technology partners, ensure system availability and optimal performance. Maintain an understanding of system functionality and future roadmaps.
  • Provide marketing automation documentation and training as needed to end users.
  • Routinely review and update user practices and audit adherence to ensure compliance.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience with Marketo and CRM systems; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, MIS or Business Administration.
  • Must have a good understanding of the web and web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and the ability and desire to expand current technical skillset.
  • Previous experience in or working closely with Information Systems and/or marketing groups.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority.
  • A highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Strong business, marketing and information systems acumen.

 

Desired Characteristics:

The candidate must possess expertise in both written and interpersonal communication and be at ease with public speaking, in relationship building, and in collaboration in a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience. Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment, often under tight deadlines.
