We are a growing organization seeking to add a Marketing Coordinator to the team.  

The Marketing Coordinator works within our Marketing & Creative Services Division supporting ongoing email campaigns, social media activity, and promotion code management.  The Coordinator works cross-functionally with various internal teams including Sales, Web Development, Merchandising, Creative Services, IT, Finance, and other key business areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage promotional offer codes for marketing campaigns
• Track project schedules, budgets, and invoicing
• Responsible for updating the Publishing calendar for marketing activities i.e. weekly special email footers and QA and website marketing messaging
• Handle Social Media campaign tasks (Gift Card Requests, Prize Fulfillment, Mail-in Entries, etc.)
• Assist with Seasonal Programs (Creative Requests, Program Code Creation, QA, etc.)
• Partner with the Analytics Team on requests related to various Loyalty Marketing programs
• Project Management:
  • Marketing communications—email, direct mail and web content—including trafficking of proof, testing of communications and organizing creative samples
  • Project oversight for the Customer Milestone Program
  • Manage bi-monthly in-tote for merchandisers--includes creating mock-up and working with various internal teams
• Email Program Management:
  • Backup the lead Email Program Manager given scheduling needs and manage email campaign setup using the ESP tool
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Manager on email program needs
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Manager on learning the ESP portal and assisting with campaign setup
• Customer Care Liaison:
  • Create monthly update for Customer Care to keep them aware of upcoming Marketing initiatives
  • Route Customer Care issues that have been sent for Marketing assistance to the right marketing contact
• Manage execution of key PPP programs in JIRA under direction of PPP leads including coordination with OPD on pod groups
• Handles weekly QA of PPP programs in PPP manager absence
• Manage and tracks status of deal processing for all PPP programs and contracts including ensuring deals properly placed on Google tracking doc
• Responsible for ensuring PPP programs accurately represented on the publishing calendar including all email extensions (PPP exclusive and solo efforts)
• Coordinates with creative services to handle any issues with creative submissions
• Works with Media lead to ensure accurate and timely implementation of all landing pages associated with 3rd party media buys
• Assists in coordinating partner meetings including DC tours as needed
• Maintains tracking forms for all PI activities (we may be taking this back from Finance)
• Coordinates with Merchandising to assist with Seasonal calendar planning and other Merchandising tasks as needed

Desired Qualification:

• Strong presentation and organizations skills
• Microsoft and PowerPoint skills
