About Digital Fleet

Digital Fleet (http://www.digitalfleet.com) builds GPS tracking, logistics, and telematics software that is used by the construction industry to manage and track fleets of trucks, communicate with drivers, and optimize the delivery of products. Our solution consists of hardware installed in the trucks, a mobile app used by the truck drivers, a web app used by dispatchers, fleet managers and executives.

About the Job

Digital Fleet is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will own all aspects of marketing including advertising, digital advertising, communications, branding, trade shows, social media, our public facing website and more.  If you are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to learn and grow, this is the position for you.

What you’ll do

  • Hit the ground running and kickstart the marketing for Digital Fleet.  You will learn and be challenged from day one.

  • Identify and execute the plan to increase brand awareness.

  • Spend time with customers and learn the industry.

  • Put together the plan and own the execution for advertising, including email, print and digital.

  • Put together the plan and own the execution for annual trade shows.  The entire booth needs to be created including the design and production of the booth backdrop, banners, promotional materials, etc.  You will also attend these trade shows as you are an integral part of the team's success.

  • Create a content calendar for our email and social media accounts.  You will be responsible for working with the team to determine the content and frequency of posts.

  • Write press releases and case studies for corporate communications.

  • Manage membership and participation in national and state level associations.

  • Keep our public facing website, branding and communication up to date with new functionality - the product moves forward quickly.

  • Work with your manager to determine and keep an annual budget.

 

What you’ll need

  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience with exceptional writing and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • A willingness to learn and grow

  • A good helping of resourcefulness

  • A desire to work alongside a team in a collaborative way

  • The ability to take a task to completion with minimal oversight

  • The capacity to build out processes and take on multifaceted challenges in a startup-style environment

  • Concrete/Material Delivery industry experience preferred but not required
