Marketing Coordinator
Arrive is on a mission to change the way people think about parking around the world by making it more convenient, efficient, and delightful. We seek to remove friction for our users and to become integrated into the daily life of drivers across the country.
Reporting to the Partner & Local Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping ensure the marketing department is a well oiled machine. You’ll help improve processes, manage resources and timelines, and help execute projects across B2C, B2B and B2B2C acquisition and retention channels. This role will be a great opportunity for someone looking to get their hands dirty on programs that span multiple marketing channels. We’re a lean and nimble team, and you’ll have the opportunity to touch a number of exciting programs.
What you'll do
- Help execute a variety of local marketing programs, including street team events, direct mail and out of home efforts. This will be heavy logistics and coordinating with lots of program stakeholders.
- Help execute partner launches, tasks include creative production and light integration support (deep links, widgets, etc). We partner with world-class brands across different verticals.
- Assist in developing staff training materials and post-event recaps.
- Assist with creative production, writing project briefs and project managing the deliverables
- Participate in meetings and update information in project management tools.

Must have
- Previous experience or internship at a digital or marketing agency/department preferred.
- Four-year degree required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to project manage - understands importance of timelines.
- Not afraid to check-in with senior team members on project status and/or needs.
