The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for preparation, administration, delivery, and tracking of business marketing activities across the acquisition, activation, and retention of restaurants and members in the Rewards Network. This role will assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, primarily geared toward digital channels. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible to project manage a variety of projects as it relates to channel planning and integrated marketing planning. 

Responsibilities

· Managing and developing the banner ad strategy for the business

· Works with the digital and social media marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement & activation, and report on performance

Responsible for updating content on websites. I.e. Photography, copy, and more

Support on copywriting for social media, website and digital platforms

Researches and implements content recommendations to help with increasing organic search rankings

Support on content creation for social media, website and digital platforms

Maintain content calendars

Assists Social Media team on development, execution and reporting on social media influencer program

Assists with SEO strategy and executes against roadmap

Performs ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

Stay current with digital marketing & social media trends and best practices

Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Generate monthly reports and report performance of all social media & digital marketing campaigns

Coordinate and manage events as needed

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or Communications

· 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management

· Understanding of business marketing best practices with email, web, social media, and other digital channels 

· Experience with tracking tools and performance metrics for email, web, and other digital channels

· Critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to extract insights, summarize information, and make recommendations for future actions

· Analytical and quantitative, with spreadsheet capabilities and experience working with data to evaluate marketing impact on business outcomes, and developing reports for sharing results

· Organizational and project management skills; ability to coordinate across multiple projects and meet deadlines; experience with software like Basecamp preferred

· Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and able work within a team, across departments, with outside partners, and independently

· Self-starter; comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities; proactive with internal drive to hit goals and deadlines; forward-thinking with intellectual curiosity and desire to learn

· Strong skills with MS Office applications, especially Excel and including PowerPoint and Word

· Experience with selling to small and medium businesses, particularly in dining, financial services, hospitality, or entertainment a strong plus

· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
