ABOUT THE ROLE:

4C is looking for an Marketing Data Scientist who is proficient in implementing new technologies to improve audience targeting. The candidate should have experience in market segmentation and social advertisement management. As an Marketing Audience scientist, you will be fielding social & Television audience targeting requests from internal teams as well as international clients, and building audiences & targeting solutions for activation across social publishers and TV. You will be extracting insights from related usage data and refining processes for optimal performance and compatibility.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new social & TV audience segments based on qualitative personas as requested by clients and internal teams
  • Utilize search APIs, data analysis techniques, and web search interfaces to identify important social entities
  • Leverage existing processes and tools to expand affinity networks relevant to targeted personas
  • Transform quantitative output into buyable social audience target sets on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Design new methodologies to facilitate targeting across social publishers & TV
  • Collaborate with client engagement teams to acquire client feedback for case studies
  • Measure product adoption and performance 
  • Maintain existing audience targeting solutions for compatibility and performance

 REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • BS or MS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Consumer Psychology or related fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Exposure to consumer psychology and affinity targeting
  • Ability to collect and digest unorganized information in various languages 
  • Ability to perform well under time constraints and pressure
  • Proficient analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in creating & managing social advertising is a plus
  • Multilingual background/skills are a plus
