Marketing Demand Generation Specialist

We have offices in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Portland and you will be collaborating extensively with those teams, learning about their products and customers.
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing via Pardot marketing, sales and customer automation. You must have a strong background in B2B marketing and know how to develop, execute and optimize customer acquisition strategies as well as retention, cross sell and upsell programs. Additionally, you must be comfortable with CRM software and possess web development and digital design skills.
Essential Functions
- In collaboration with sales, marketing, and account management, manage development of full customer lifecycle marketing campaigns: prospect nurture, lead and opportunity nurture and acceleration, upsell, and retention
- Prepare the sales team for demand created from marketing programs on a weekly basis through project management and Pardot and Salesforce platforms
- Work with the client success team and sales management on upsell/cross sell strategies
- Collaborate with product team to understand releases and outline current client communications
- Work with the Head of Marketing, Digital Content Manager and content team, and Sales leadership to gather campaign content and budget requirements and develop performance projections to ensure alignment with business and sales pipeline goals
- Develop and manage ongoing testing strategy for campaigns, lead sources, messaging, call to actions and landing pages
- Measure, analyze and report on key metrics to assess results and optimize campaigns
- Manage and structure campaigns that support paid channels such as trade shows and sponsored thought leadership in collaboration with the content and sales team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience of which at least 1 year is in software marketing
- Experience planning and executing lead generation and nurture campaigns in Pardot or one of the following: Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce
- Certification in Hubspot or Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Experience in reporting of key marketing metrics, such as cost per lead, lifetime value, cohort analysis, etc.
- BS in marketing, business, communications or a related field
