We are hiring for the position of Marketing Director, Enterprise Accounts, to join our expanding marketing team and spearhead our growth within the largest law firms in the world. This role is a key one for the business and will present the right person with an opportunity to take their career to the next level. Suitable candidates will have a strong understanding of all the elements of a marketing department and how they can be brought together to create compelling account-based marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our Enterprise Account marketing program, working directly with business leaders and the marketing team to develop initiatives and strategies.
  • Create and drive the end-to-end management of targeted multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Partner with our Enterprise Sales and Customer Success leadership to align target account profiling & planning, defining key stakeholders and messaging; and maintaining alignment across all activity within the account, and support associated pipeline goals
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans that focus on sourcing new opportunities and/or accelerating existing opportunities within top-tier accounts
  • Create disruptive 1:1 account and 1:few industry-relevant campaigns to consistently establish new touchpoints and expand our sphere of influence within enterprise-sized law firms
  • Work with the digital marketing, event marketing, content marketing and product marketing leads to build multi-tiered initiatives which are cohesive – customized for the very largest accounts and appropriately segmented for the remainder
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to account-specific programs including marketing technology, agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfilment services
  • Demonstrate the ROI of programs to the business and establish the ABM approach as both market-leading and a key part of our Go-To-Market in the legal space
  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer in special projects and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years related experience of B2B marketing, and over 2 years of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years of management experience - both direct and indirect preferred.
  • Have proven experience with ABM initiatives, including having run such initiatives at scale
  • Proven success combining creative thinking skills with the ability to create accurate forecasts and implement programs on time, within budget, and in support of strategic goals and objectives
  • Comfortable with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and CRM (preferably salesforce.com)
