As the Loyalty Program Marketing Manager, you will lead the growth and expansion of Groupon’s loyalty programs, improving the customer experience and engagement. This role is part of a fun, diverse and dynamic North America Marketing Team and is critical to driving consumer adoption and repeat use of our loyalty programs. You’ll spend your day working with marketing teams across digital and offline channels, as well as coordinating among business teams to ensure a seamless end to end experience across email, site and mobile experiences. This is a high exposure, high impact role that will help shape the company’s loyalty programs and bring the products to market.

We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping local businesses thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • You will drive overall merchandising strategy for Select, moving customers through the enrollment funnel and eventually increased purchase frequency and engagement of enrolled customer base through CRM tactics

  • You will take the lead on branding in both design, editorial and customer perception for Groupon Select, working closely with brand/design to ensure Select is within guidelines, but still innovating

  • You will drive analytics and reporting on marketing and merchandising campaigns to inform future merchandising strategy and planning

  • You will work with engineering and product teams to test, develop and innovate landing pages, deal pages, and the mobile merchandising experience

  • You will own setup of all Select campaigns through email, push, inbox, and site channels and ensuring all content goes out on time

  • You will manage marketing assets and campaign set up through back-end tools across multiple platforms, including site, mobile, and emails

  • You will run operations of loyalty program-specific campaigns by selecting inventory and building / sending assets across channels

  • You will drive innovation by testing new, creative Marketing messages and ensure high performing programs are resourced and low performers are improved

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as the Design, Email, and Mobile teams, to execute strategy and clear blockers for upcoming campaigns

Requirements:

  • You have 4+ years of relevant digital marketing and/or merchandising experience, preferably in a consumer facing online/e-commerce role

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

  • You have a startup mentality and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you can work on a variety of projects

  • You have strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking with keen business judgment, focus, and ability to see the "big picture"

  • You have an extensive focus on analytic decision-making using data

  • You are a creative thinker and come up with innovative and effective ways to ensure all goals are met

  • You are an influencer with experience working with cross-functional teams
