About the role

Integrated strategic partnerships is an important and growing awareness and acquisition strategy for Trunk Club. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships role works collaboratively with internal stakeholders (social media, influencer outreach, communications and events) to create a partnership strategy that drives ROI for the company. The ideal candidate is creative, but also thinks strategically.

Who you are 

  • 5-7 years of experience working in an agency setting, corporate development or in communications/marketing functions 
  • Prior experience managing strategic partnerships is a must
  • Experience supporting and working cross functionally across influencer, earned and paid media, social and digital channels to create impact 
  • Relationship focused and understands the value of an integrated approach to storytelling and campaigns 
  • Ability to travel 20-30 percent of the time 

What you’ll do

  • Identify, research, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned to marketing objectives 
  • Aligns partners and programs to the overall content strategy, projects, and/or a categories that map back to business goals 
  • Manage all partnership/sponsorship calendars and ensures an always on approach 
  • Work directly with leaders to understand and develop strategic, year-long sponsorship opportunities 
  • Initiate, structure, negotiate and close partnership offers 
  • Takes a campaign approach to larger partnerships that creates a 360 degree approach to storytelling 
  • Help lead weekly marketing meetings to refine content and ensure integration across channels 
  • Create, analyze and track metrics to assess progress, trends and highlight issues
