We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Market and advertise Anomalix as a leader in Information Security
  • Measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Anomalix through various goals and objectives
  • Enhance the marketing, research and analysis capability by keeping senior management, and sales teams informed of company’s standing, competitor and industry performance
  • Provide intelligence on market activity, analysis of company performance, and insight into industry trends and make recommendations on possible new market opportunities for our company 
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
  • Create marketing presentations and delivery of press releases, advertisements, monthly newsletters and other marketing materials
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
  • Formulate, and manage marketing activities that promote our company services
  • Ensure all collateral and brand messages are consistent
  • Gather and analyze customer insight
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
  • Manage all social media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
  • Engage consumers and other organizations within the community on social media
  • Prepare a monthly sales and marketing report to include statistics on the performance of our company, the industry and competitors
  • Create and maintain a “Sales - Tool Kit” for distribution to the sales organization. Items to be featured include: standard company presentation, standard product line presentations for companies that our company seeks as partner
  • Evaluate the return-on-investment for marketing initiatives
  • Monitor industry news, activity on market segment, competitors and prepare intelligence reports for management and field sales personnel
  • Consult with sales team regarding services expected to be in demand or conferences, trade shows that need to be considered. Then coordinate and participate in promotional activities, conferences and trade shows; work with developers, and advertisers, to market our company services
  • Work with various teams to prepare and conduct customer research and surveys as needed and, prepare reports on results to senior management
  • Other duties as required

Key abilities required:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with technology focused consulting companies
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field 
  • 7+ years in marketing and promotion
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong creative outlook
