Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst who will be a detail-oriented contributor that will get results through departmental influence, strategic problem-solving, and effective project management. Their recommendations and solutions are grounded in critical thinking and relevant data and analytics. This person should be passionate about scaling marketing programs and maintaining good governance and organization for ongoing marketing processes as well as larger projects.

Responsibilities:
The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly marketing reporting cadence - scorecards, review meetings, and executive review calendar
  • Manages weekly budget reporting, including spend relative to forecast and developing quarterly budget forecasts
  • Reports on sales and marketing tools usage and performance and feature enhancements
  • Manage integration and data uploads of third-party data, ensuring privacy compliance policies, data integrity, and lead flow
  • Serve as a liaison within marketing and across other business units to assist in developing effective marketing processes
  • Manage scorecards and executive review meetings aligned to marketing and corporate goals. Support marketing team in goal setting, measurement, and executive communication.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4 years of work experience, with 1 - 2 years as an analyst in Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales operations, or Finance
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com as an integrated CRM platform Excellent organizational and time management skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Proficiency in developing the business case and measuring ROI for marketing and sales investments
  • Experience in budget forecasting, allocation and tracking in high-growth marketing and sales environment
  • Strong results-driven project management skills, detail orientation and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, finance, analytics, and product

  • Team Player, collaborating with others to make awesome happen
  • Self-Motivated - you like to work hard, play hard.
  • Adaptable - quick feet! You can shift priorities if needed.
  • Highly Organized - detail-oriented is your thing!
  • MS Office applications - are no sweat when it comes to your skillset
