Figo was born in a Google Tech Hub based in Chicago and has become the fastest growing pet insurance company in the US. Passionate about changing how consumers view and interact with insurance, as well as holistically improving the life of pets, Figo developed the Figo Pet Cloud with today’s pet parent in mind: socially connected, on-the-go, and mobile-dependent. Combined with simple and customizable pet insurance plans, Figo delivers peace of mind to customers in the US.

Our Culture

People say when you love what you do it never feels like work. Here at Figo, we love pets. We love them in our laps, in our office, and in our lives. Most of all, we love knowing they are protected. Every day, not only do we get the opportunity to work towards our mission—making lives easier for pets and their people—we get to do so surrounded by others who are just as passionate about pets. Our dedication carries over into providing the best pet health coverage available, and making the care of our pets as easy as possible with our first-of-its-kind Pet Cloud. What we have learned thus far—every situation is an opportunity to innovate, and every pet insured is another step towards our goal.

Why are we looking for you

You have a passion for technology and are a natural communicator. You love to get your hands dirty digging through marketing data and building useful reports. You excel at coordinating moving parts, while keeping your eyes on the big picture. You are adaptable and can wear many hats in a fast-paced startup environment, but know how to prioritize your workload. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and work well with a small (but growing) team. Your peers depend on your expertise and describe you as analytical, conscientious, diligent, and resourceful. Most of all, you are excited about being part of an industry disrupter that is positively impacting the lives of pets and their parents!
