Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You'll also monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

The Marketing Operations Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as partner with the sales operations team. Collaboration between marketing and sales is key to ensure both sides are optimized to deliver and work leads. The specialist should have a strong Hubspot experience, and Salesforce knowledge is nice-to-have. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. 

Responsibilities

  • Build segmented lists, create and maintain marketing automation and workflows in HubSpot, and ensure leads are delivered into Salesforce.
  • Own asset management, and maintain data quality in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Spot and recommend efficiencies that will improve marketing automation, lead management, and overall company processes.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to workflows, integrations, lists, and HubSpot use.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, handle unsubscribe requests, and optimize for GDPR.
  • Setup and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns and their tracking, and make recommendations on areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Evaluate new and existing integrations to improve and optimize marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in online marketing.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot, and Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, and a desire to improve processes. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Technically capable, great troubleshooter, and an excellent communicator.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
