That part about reaching more and more traders worldwide is really important, so we’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist to transition away from our agency and help supercharge our growth. Our team is eager to find a proven self-starter who loves staying up to date with all of the latest trends and channel algorithm updates. We have lofty department goals for our marketing team, and this role will contribute directly to multiple, including converting 10% of unique website visitors into leads, and increasing our referral channel by 5%! We’ll also lean on you to help us integrate some key learnings from recent market research to improve our segmentation efforts in paid media, and ultimately bring our opportunity to traders worldwide!

The Role, along with everything you’d expect

  • The Paid Media Specialist role is an ideal opportunity to bring your knowledge to a fully autonomous role and make a huge impact
  • The role is also a great fit for candidates who are genuine self starters
  • The Paid Media Specialist will work very closely with our energetic, collaborative marketing team, and will also be a team of one in certain aspects of the role
  • Since we are a dynamic growth-stage company with tons of momentum (ranked #2116 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies), agility is key 
  • The Paid Media Specialist will manage the strategy, implementation, and optimization of ads with the support of a stacked marketing team (designers, content writers, etc.)
  • You will help plan and prepare future campaigns, integrating our paid channels
  • We’re always looking to test so we hope you’re always thinking about new acquisition channels and how to integrate those as well!

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience managing a budget of at least $20k/month on Facebook and Google. We like to hire for potential, but this is a non-negotiable
  • At least two years in a paid media role. We’ll want to hear specific examples of how you’ve optimized toward specific conversion goals
  • Video experience, specifically, experience placing videos in ads using YouTube or other
  • Google Analytics reporting. You’ll walk in ready to regularly report on all things GA
  • Smart and approachable. This is our first and only in-house paid media role and we need someone to think outside the box while collaborating with the rest of the company
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and communicate clearly across the company. As a small company, we always have a lot going on, and we rely on our teams to have the skills to navigate the best way to accomplish our goals. 
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and overall positive attitude. We thought these were assumed, but better safe than sorry
  • Experience in the finance industry, and experience with other channels (like LinkedIn, or programmatic) are nice-to-haves; please apply even if you don’t have those!
