Job Description

The GoHealth Marketing team engages with millions of current and potential GoHealth customers with the goal of growing their satisfaction and usage of the GoHealth agency. The Paid Search Team is looking for a Paid Search Analyst to report to the Digital Marketing Manager.In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the digital marketing team, our optimization team and our reps at Google and Bing in order to increase the size and profitability of our paid search campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts in Google, Bing and Yahoo, driving scale and profitability by optimizing the following:

• • Audiences and KW structure
  • Ad creative to maximize RPM
  • Bidding across multiple dimensions
  • Helping our optimization team to structure A/B tests on our downstream funnel
  • Continuously research and test new PPC ideas, working closely with the support of the rest of our team, and the resources we have at agencies and the search engines.

Experience & Skills: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred 
• 2+ years of work experience in paid search, ideally in a performance-marketing environment
• A love of data - can both pull and analyze data in order to optimize and scale campaigns
• Humility – able to pivot when the data says your original thesis was off
• SQL knowledge preferred
