We are seeking an Paid Search Specialist for a Temp to Perm role at our growing agency! There may be an opportunity to become a permanent part of our team within 3-6 months. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing (Primarily PPC, some SEO, etc.) for our clients. This is not a remote position you must be able to work out of our Northbrook location.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Paid Search (AdWords) Accounts, and some SEO, and Social Advertising on behalf of clients.
• Communicating with clients regarding their accounts, websites, and marketing performance.
• Deep understanding of key web metrics used in marketing analysis.
• Maintaining positive client relationships throughout the engagement.
• Tracking results to systematically improve clients' marketing performance.

​Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience with AdWords (paid search) and preferably some SEO, and Paid Social.
• Solid understanding of Adwords, Google Analytics, Keyword Research, and web tools used in Search Engine Marketing.
• Exceptional excel analysis skills (macros not required, but pivot tables and high comfort in excel are a must).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort talking to C-level executives.
• Detail oriented and analytical (likes working with data and analytics).
• Degree in marketing, psychology, statistics or similar preferred.
• Analytical mindset and professional demeanor.
• Eagerness to grow your comfort in other digital channels (SEO, Social Ads, etc.).
