Role Summary
Equilibria is seeking relationship-oriented, detail-obsessed, growth-minded project managers to help execute multi-channel partnerships nationwide. As a premium CBD brand for women, Equilibria’s growth and market launches are driven by collaborative partnerships with female-focused brands, wellness leaders, influencers, and retailers nationwide. Each of these relationships requires thoughtful nurture and flawless execution and follow up. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in relationship or client management in marketing or agency roles. Event and digital marketing experience a bonus. Candidates must be empathic, excellent communicators (written and in-person), ruthless organizers, and enjoy systems and processes. This full-time role will report directly to Equilibria’s Head of Business Development.
Role Specifics:
Partner Development & Management
Assist Business Development leaders with prospecting relevant partnerships nationwide, from Social Media “Influencers” to wellness practitioners to boutique, female-focused retailers and salons & spas
Manage contract process for each relationship, including budget and timeline specifics
Assist in onboarding all partners including
Distributing merchandising and marketing materials - digital and physical - to partners
Creating unique codes for all partners
Tracking health of partnerships based on new member conversions, and overall member commissions
Designing and implementing merchandising strategies
Following up with partners to maximize their monthly efforts and commissions
Event Management
Assist Business Development leaders with maintaining partner-sourced events calendar, ensuring each event is properly planned, marketing, staffed and resourced with product to ensure maximum Return on Investment.
Setup/attend events as needed as a sole or team representative of Equilibria, responsible for everything from set up to customer engagement and sales/ POS operations

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in relationship or client management in marketing or agency roles
Excellent communication skills
Social media marketing experience a plus, to help with Influencer communication & event invite distribution
Experience managing workflow in some sort of CRM software (currently using Hubspot)
