Purpose of position 

The Publisher Success Executive is an important role within the Publisher Success division of the Publisher Management department, dedicated to ensuring ShareASale publishers achieve their desired outcomes while using a ShareASale product and/or service.  

Publisher Success represents the network to the publisher. The Publisher Success Executive focuses on getting publishers fully on boarded and integrated with our publisher products and tools to fully maximize our partnership with them. 

As a Publisher Success Executive, you will provide day-to-day support and assistance to ShareASale publishers. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the growth of Awin in the US and to become a key member of this dynamic company.   

Key Tasks 

Key responsibilities within this role include: 

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned publishers providing interface training, publisher guidance, gap analyses, reports and ongoing support when necessary 

  • Responding to publishers through various methods of communication such as emails and support tickets 

  • Assisting with new publisher queries including finance and technical queries 

  • Monitoring performance of allocated publisher portfolio  

  • Providing ShareASale merchant and Product teams with publisher update & insights when necessary 

  • Assisting with new publisher applications 

  • Taking a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned publishers, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary 

  • Communicating effectively with publishers and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face 

Education and Experience 

To be successful you will need to meet the below requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of account management experience in the digital performance marketing industry 

  • Good standard of academic achievement, including a University Degree 

  • Experience with Tableau, SimilarWeb, Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI is a plus 

Skills & Expertise 

To be successful you will need to meet the below requirements:  

  • Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently 

  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

  • Fast learner with strong team orientation 

  • Proficiency with MS Office suit, specifically MS Excel and willingness to learn new technology systems
