Fit Analytics - the world’s leading sizing platform - is looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven Sales and Event Marketing Manager to identify and engage with prospective clients and future business partners in North America. Working closely with the organization’s top management and international sales teams, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales development campaigns and representing the company at industry events.  If you’re a proactive, big-picture thinker with the skills and know-how to envision, plan and implement efficient strategies to increase Fit Analytics’ presence in the North American market and to drive new leads to sales we want to hear from you!

What the Role Involves

  • Owning the organization’s participation in industry events from kick-off call to coordinating day-of details
  • Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams on presentations and speaking engagements
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet both long-term and short-term business development goals
  • Organizing and implementing paid and organic campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • Identifying relevant channels and running successful retargeting campaigns
  • Contributing to areas such as PR, social media, and content

 

What We’re Looking for in You

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in event management, event marketing or business development
  • Previous experience in a B2B Marketing environment, including experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Project management experience
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a B2B Marketing environment, including experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Already living in Chicago
