Position Summary

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the ownership and optimization of our Tall Ridge business unit by living, breathing and sleeping Amazon! Your deep understanding of Amazon, strong leadership, data analytics, and problem-solving skills will create success. You will oversee a team focused on driving revenue growth for our clients on Amazon, and other online marketplaces, through the ongoing, rigorous optimization of key business drivers, including product listing content (descriptions, images, video, reviews, EBC, etc.), paid media (SP, AMG, AAP, etc.), inventory and seller landscape clean up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ongoing management, optimization, and revenue growth of our client brands on Amazon and other online marketplaces

  • Serve as an internal expert on all things related to Amazon (especially Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central) best practices, capabilities, data requirements, operational processes, issue debugging and escalation procedures

  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships that foster loyalty

    • Serve as client-facing lead

    • Oversee client onboarding process to ensure a smooth launch

    • Lead weekly/monthly update calls with clients

      • Create data insight driven agendas

    • Respond to all client emails, phone calls in a professional, timely manner

  • Perform daily and weekly analyses to understand key trends and underlying results drivers

  • Set and manage priorities of the Account Management team

    • Ensure adherence to established Tall Ridge SOPs

    • Clearly, communicate deliverables and deadlines and hold team members accountable

    • Lead weekly internal Account Management meeting

      • Create comprehensive and prioritized agenda with input from team

      • Provide data insights by brand based on trends

    • Ensure all client product detail pages (PDPs) adhere to Tall Ridge standard and best practices

    • Oversee client SKU Content team priorities

      • New Amazon SKU content creation pipeline

      • Organic content A/B testing schedule

      • Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and/or A+ buildout plan

    • Oversee Seller Landscape team priorities

      • Work with team to ensure proper prioritization of MAP enforcement and/or seller removal activities

    • Work in conjunction with Media team to ensure advertising spend is optimized for ROI, on budget and aligned with client goals

    • Partner with Data team to develop and optimize both internal and client facing Tableau reporting dashboards

  • Oversee ongoing team training

    • Ensure team follows Tall Ridge processes and best practices

    • Ensure team is cross-trained outside of their area of expertise

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central

  • BA degree in Marketing or related field

  • Analytical and KPI driven

  • Strong attention to detail, customer service oriented and creative problem-solver

  • Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • High level of collaboration and ability to work in and with cross-functional teams

  • Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an environment where new ideas are championed
