POSITION SUMMARY

OGAds is seeking a strategic performance marketing professional to join our team, focused on building and managing direct affiliate partnerships. The Senior Affiliate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of existing accounts to build and grow successful campaigns for OGAds and our clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong, hands on digital marketing experience and must have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a desire to grow revenue in the most efficient way possible to help OGAds exceed our business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and maximize growth opportunities from a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenue. 
  • Maintain a high level of communication with accounts, recommend new campaigns for accounts, and provide performance feedback to internal teams. 
  • Supply creative packages, links, and reporting to accounts, as needed. 
  • Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in the every changing digital marketing landscape.
  • Proactively monitor marketing sources on all campaigns. 
  • Lead ongoing competitive analysis and actively contribute to our growth strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop account management processes, improve workflow and capabilities to grow revenue, and problem-solve in real-time.
  • Responsible for ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3 - 5 years in a client facing role within an affiliate or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have the flexibility and hunger to work on diverse projects, a curious self-starter.
  • Excellent communications skills, especially strong presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling.
  • A strong desire to work in a startup, fast-paced environment with a team that values agility, curiosity and passion.
  • Ability to work, successfully prioritize, and execute independently.
  • Ambitious, driven by challenges and very dynamic.
  • Comfortable with domestic and international travel.
