We are growing our marketing team and looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to oversee all aspects of marketing with a primary focus on product. He/she will be the voice of the customer by understanding our customer needs and experiences and developing a compelling product marketing and acquisition strategy. Specifically, this person will own the following areas:

Product Marketing

  • Understand market opportunity and segments, user personas, buyer personas and buying criteria
  • Conduct win/loss analysis
  • Maintain competitive intelligence
  • Define go-to-market priorities in partnership with executive leadership
  • Effectively communicate and document ICS’s vision to diverse audiences
  • Increase customer lifetime value by developing marketing solutions to increase net revenue and customer profitability in partnership with sales, product, and customer success
  • Plan and lead the launch of new products and services across key functional teams to meet business objectives
  • Develop joint marketing with potential channel partners

Demand Generation

  • Develop strategy, messaging, and tools to support the lead generation teams
  • Data-driven decision making, analytical rigor, and a bias towards experimenting quickly and scaling the programs that produce results

Thought Leadership

  • Elevate ICS brand by speaking at industry events, press interviews, and analyst inquiries
  • Ability to author thought leadership pieces 

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 12 years product marketing experience
  • Primary focus in B2B SAAS product marketing, with a broader understanding of all aspects of marketing and how they work together; Marketing to retail or consumer goods a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience required
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment without a set playbook
  • Enthusiastic about the opportunity to build a scalable high impact marketing program
  • Manage marketing budget and team to deliver against cohesive marketing plan
  • While individual will be supported by managers with experience in digital, brand, communications, events and demand generation, familiarity in each of these areas will be critical to oversee the team.
