We are seeking a passionate Senior Marketing Associate that will help strategize, build, and optimize campaigns to grow Grubhub's rapidly expanding campus business.
This position is responsible for the ownership and execution of campus enablement marketing initiatives with the goal of increasing campus penetration and conversion. This role will work closely with both our Client Success team and our campuses to create and launch campaigns including digital marketing, on-site signage, influencers, live events, campus launched initiatives, and more.
The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful digital native with a proven track-record of success driving scalable campaigns. They are passionate about marketing to a Gen Z audience and excited to bring their big ideas to the table and make an immediate impact.
The Impact You Will Make
- Collaborate with leadership on the development of the campus marketing strategy, specifically looking at acquisition, penetration, and conversion across all campus verticals including higher education, resorts, and stadiums.
- Build and execute high-impact marketing programs across the student diner lifecycle.
- Continuously measure and report on campus activities, trends and campaign results while delivering insights to drive continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies.
- Work cross functionally with CRM, Brand, Product, Enterprise Partnerships, Finance, Strategy & Analytics and Client Success to grow new customer base, and to increase order frequency among existing diners.
- Travel and talk to campuses to identify gaps and opportunities in our existing presence and marketing strategy.
- Create campaigns and assets that campuses can use to market to their students on our behalf.
- Leverage consumer research and target insights to help drive innovation and relevant marketing efforts to this consumer audience.
- Provide regular status reports and briefings to stakeholders and functional leadership teams.
- Demonstrate a strong bias for action by identifying problems/opportunities and working proactively to solve them, as well as manage complex timelines and dependencies.
- Manage and prioritize work effectively to ensure internal deadlines, timetables and approvals are met.
- Bring your intellectual curiosity and big creative ideas to the table, striving for excellence in everything you do.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related concentration or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of B2C experience in marketing with a digital focus
- B2B2C experience is a big plus
- Experience owning marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and analysis
- Experience using analytical/CRM platforms (such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Mailchimp, Braze etc) to analyze data, identify trends, summarize results, and extract actionable insights
- Experience using graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite)
- Exceptionally strong organizational skills and drive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proofreading skills

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine." Those eligible to receive the booster must receive the booster to be considered fully vaccinated, and those not yet eligible will be required to obtain the booster once eligible (6 months post last dose).
