About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role will work closely with our Head of Marketing and CEO to craft and grow our brand presence and voice on key social platforms. You will translate our brand tone and voice across social channels to reach key audiences and amplify our brand narrative and key messages. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about developing best-in-class social programs and campaigns with tons of opportunities to grow alongside our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Create content to drive engagement and raise brand awareness
• Strategize and implement creative ways to connect with our target audience
• Create a social content calendar and own all scheduling and posting of content
• Oversee community management, including customer engagement protocols
• Track and own social media analytics, delivering monthly reports on performance against KPIs
• Partner with internal marketing teams to plan and execute paid social media campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong track record of building effective social media campaigns, content strategies and reaching ambitious KPIs and engagement goals.
• Ability to translate information into compelling social copy
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
