We’re seeking a Senior Associate to plan and execute CRM campaigns and generate cross-campaign insights. The role requires prior email experience and familiarity with ESPs, including segmentation, deployment, and HTML knowledge. This is based out of our Chicago office (WFH until further notice).
The Impact You Will Make
- CRM Operations: execute email / push / sms / in-product messaging for recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns:
- Set up email and push campaigns in Braze
- Map dynamic fields to the HTML code
- Test, schedule, deploy
- Provide feedback, test, and troubleshoot
- Subject matter expert on builds and best practices
- Meet with cross-functional teams to develop B2C plans for prospects, campus, and enterprise diners, and also create B2B programs for restaurants and drivers.
- Help mentor CRM operations associates to help execute on builds and reporting. Responsible for proofs, review, and guidance when training is needed for the team.
- Coordinate reviews with creative team, marketing stakeholders, operational builders, data science, and product.
- CRM insights:
- Collect insights from completed tests
- Use data/results to help determine action plans
- Monitor industry trends and identify areas of opportunity
- Process improvements: identify and implement email deployment process improvements
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience in email/digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience with ESP (i.e. Braze, Responsys, Iterable, ExactTarget, Adobe Campaign)
- Self-starter - need to see opportunities and help lead solutions day-to-day, take pride in work
- Attention to detail is absolutely must-have
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills
- Curious - asks “why” and “why not?”
- Ability to manage multiple projects
