Strategic Demand Marketer

We are currently seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to support our ambitious North America growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign development to build awareness, drive engagement and generate demand among ThoughtWorks’ clients and prospects.  This role will have multiple responsibilities including leading our North America partnership marketing efforts including with AWS, Google and Microsoft, and developing and executing effective market development programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple vertical segments and channels.

They will bring a creativity, a growth mindset and broad experience in content creation and campaign development across multiple channels including webinars, roundtables, email marketing, paid advertising sponsorships and more.  

They will partner closely with sales teams and North America leadership to enable them with timely and effective campaign execution and follow-up. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned to NA business goals in order to attract potential customers
  • Working closely with the Global Partnership Marketing lead and NA Alliances & Partnership leadership to identify priorities and design and implement marketing initiatives that will generate demand
  • Partnering with the Service Line and Industry leadership, Demand and Marketing organizations to understand our offerings, content and messaging, ideal customer profile and personas to effectively develop and/or extend campaigns that will resonate with target buyers and drive consideration and pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal design team and external partners to develop deliverables required for campaigns including content, videos, webpages, infographics, email copy, social post copy, and other sales materials
  • Managing and coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams (global centers of excellence and local resources) to execute on key campaign goals
  • Tracking, measuring, optimizing and reporting on the ongoing impact of marketing programs against defined objectives.
  • Manage budget and third-party vendors 


Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5-7 years relevant work experience in B2B marketing: partnership marketing and demand generation campaigns (technology and consultancy experience a plus, as are experience in the financial services, healthcare and/or public sector)
    • Experience devising and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a full spectrum of paid, earned and owned channels, including strong content development and event management experience
  • A leader and thinker, able to work with internal stakeholders to determine targets and goals by being customer focused
  • Collaborative, motivated self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills and a bias for action who thrives on working in complex environments
  • An innovative, creative thinker with excellent communication skills 
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges, and to inform campaign approaches
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, and works independently as well as in groups
  • Passionate about marketing, sales, and understanding the needs of executive clients
