Strategy Associate, Growth Marketing
The GoHealth Growth Marketing team works with millions of consumers yearly with the goal of using insights gained from those consumers to quickly achieve value at scale. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will be the driver for ideation, experimentation, and strategy across each of GoHealth’s consumer touch points. You will work with stakeholders from internal business units to help create an outstanding experience through rigorous testing and research.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with leadership to design and drive strategic projects across departments
- Develop an understanding of our business from acquisition to sales enablement and training to retention
- Gather data, create and test hypotheses, summarize findings, and develop go-forward plans
- Provide creative ideas that keep GoHealth at the forefront of industry in conversion rate optimization
- Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across programs
- Measure growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of analyses
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience, in management consulting, statistics or analytics
- Passion for creating solutions inspired through research and data analysis
- Work with partners at all levels
- Autonomous with the ability to prioritize changing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication skills to convey solutions and changes to partners
- Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry or Call Centers is a bonus
