WEBSITE MARKETING ANALYST

Over the last year, the Braintree marketing team has grown significantly and has had the privilege of shaping and telling the Braintree story to next generation businesses all around the world. As part of the product marketing team, the Web Marketing Analyst will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our global website optimization and analytics. This role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product stakeholders across the company. We are looking for a web-savvy specialist with 5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment to support our expanding website needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing, building, and optimizing desktop and mobile sites for a B2B audience. A strong understanding of using experimentation and data to drive key business metrics is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic website roadmap, aligning to key business objectives
  • Own reporting and analytics for the Braintree website, providing readouts and clear insights to stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors that contribute to our website
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align design and development resources to key website initiatives
  • Communicate website plans and results across the organization
  • Run global website experimentation program
  • Manage and prioritize incoming website requests from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own and maintain project management and analytics tools and resources

Requirements:

  • 3+ years web marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Optimizely or similar web experimentation platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Basic HTML skills
