The Enterprise Modernization, Platform, and Cloud (EMPC) Service Line is looking to add an Agile Transformation Coach to it’s line up of amazing technologists. This person will tap into their coaching, training, and thought leadership expertise to lead our client's Agile Transformation initiative. 

We’re looking for someone who can be innovative in planning and executing transformation programs, and can drive to business outcomes based on objectives without much guidance. This person is passionate about transforming software delivery organizations leveraging Agile, Lean and other modern software best practices.

You’ll spend your time on the following:

  • Assess the client environment, including but not limited to; software development and delivery capabilities, pains/gaps, and priorities.
  • Work with our clients to develop the vision, roadmap and plan for the Agile Transformation initiative.
  • Provide coaching and training to teams/programs in Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean in a scaled environment.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the client's transformation team on organizational change management (OCM).
  • Provide guidance on development of Agile CoE(Process Framework, Collaboration tooling, Enablement, Development Infrastructure) 
  • Work with the client’s PMO to understand the means by which Agile projects can satisfy governance requirements.
  • Partner with Delivery Coach(es) to ensure the creation and execution of the Vision and Roadmap will enable the engagement to meet the customer goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our client(s)
  • Responsible for managing and evaluating Delivery Coach(es) performance and addressing performance issues

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development/delivery with working knowledge of various processes/methods and tools.
  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management and Agile coaching experience
  • Hands on experience with a range of agile methods (Scrum, XP, Kanban) within multiple environments/organizations.
  • Experience in OCM (Organization Change Management) frameworks like Kotter.
  • Experience in leading CoE (Center of Enablement) and CoP (Community of Practice) 
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and achieving results with off-shore teams.

A few important things to know:While we’ve traditionally been a traveling consultancy, travel is not required for this role at the moment. We anticipate the need for travel to our client locations in the future when it’s deemed safe.
