As the Director, Relativity Application Operations you will lead and manage teams of technology professionals responsible for the operational excellence of the RelativityOne global cloud environment. You will be required to balance leading day-to-day operational success with driving innovation and strategic direction to delivery continuous improvement. The Director Relativity Application Operations will have expertise in both the eDiscovery workflows and the Relativity technology required to support them.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high performing Operations team that operates with a culture of business and customer centricity
  • In cooperation with leaders in the RelativityOne Service Delivery team, design and set strategy for the Operations teams
  • Lead the deployment, management, and maintenance of the RelativityOne environment ensuring performance and operational SLAs are met
  • Drive optimization of team process and procedures to enable continuous improvement
  • Build and foster positive, productive relationships with Customer Support and Engineering to delivery an optimal customer experience
  • Ensure all technical procedures (Installation, Configuration, Run books) are documented and updated and are contributing to the maintenance of operational standards
  • Advise team in prioritization of work
  • Recruit and develop top talent: Work closely with our HR organization to continually enhance our recruiting, onboarding, and training programs to support the continued rapid growth of the team
  • Empower your team to expand upon their technical and Relativity related skill sets and promote personal development goals through coaching and mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience managing complex cloud environments and working with high demand engineering and customer organizations
  • 10+ years Relativity Experience (RCA and other Relativity certifications necessary, Relativity Master preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or greater)
  • Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
  • Organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You can build strong and fruitful relationships with staff members, internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Meticulous, results-oriented and able to see projects and initiatives through from inception to final delivery, often in short time frames
  • Team player and able to wear multiple hats to meet various demands and needs from stakeholders
  • Analytical, efficient and a quick thinker
  • Strong documentation skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as a process practitioner or process manager for 10 years with experience working in various areas of operational IT services
  • 5+ years of experience leading technology professionals
