FinanceFuel accelerates a business' cash flow by speeding up Accounts Receivable as an extension of a company's finance team leveraging the tools already in use.

We are an early stage B2B fintech startup looking to make a critically important hire to drive finance and operations. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and Accounts Receivable experience to help us accelerate our product, process, and team. You will be working with our CEO daily and be very hands on in the day to day leadership of the business.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable (or similar) experience to create strategies, drive process improvements and assist with product enhancements

• Someone who wants to get in on the ground floor and build a great company

• Creative Hustler and Executor with the ability to articulate business pains and develop innovative solutions

• Someone who flourishes in an unstructured startup environment and creates urgency achieving company goals and KPIs

• Strategic Thinker who can identify opportunities & make business decisions that drive short and long term success

• Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills

• Strong experience in business finances, budgets, metrics, invoices, etc

• Previous experience at an early stage startup is a must

• Experience in developing, implementing and achieving KPIs

• Desired Experience with Quickbooks or Xero or Netsuite or Sage or Intacct or Salesforce or ADP strongly preferred
