Livly is seeking a IT Support Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting our office network and providing technical help to our employees.

How will you contribute?  

• Provide break-fix and proactive help desk support to all team members. 
• Resolve issues using project tracking software. 
• Support both Mac and Windows computers. 
• Maintain AV support and conference room equipment across the office. 
• Manage printer access and repairs. 
• Manage hardware inventory, ensuring supplies are properly stocked. 
• Maintain reliable access to the internet for the entire office.  
• Write reports, business correspondence, user instructions and procedures. 

What do you bring to this role?   

• 2-3 years help desk or IT support experience.  
• Understanding of different aspects of technology, including Macs, Windows, and Microsoft. 
• Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and resolve end user issues. 
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Reliability - people know that they can rely on you to follow through and make things happen.  
• Resilience - you thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and love learning about new technologies.
