The Level 2 Support Engineer will be responsible for the review, investigation, and resolution of Customer Facing Systems support issues that cannot be resolved by a Customer Service Representative. These issues will require a thorough understanding INWK business processes, software development procedures, and our proprietary VALO Client eCommerce platform. 

  • Investigate internal and customer facing software issues
  • Identify root cause of issue
  • Recommend paths to issue resolution
  • Communicate possible workarounds to reported issues
  • Document recurring issues
  • Work with eCommerce Implementation Specialists, Level 1 Support team, and cross-departmental internal Team to provide timely and clear updates on issue status, workarounds, and resolution.
  • Work with Product Management, Development and recommend changes to error handling
  • Work with QA teams to expand coverage of possible unknown real-world use cases

 

requirements

  • 0-2 years professional experience
  • Some .Net development experience
  • SQL Experience
  • Experience with Splunk
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience highly desirable
  • Organized and works with minimal supervision
  • Thorough attention to detail required
  • Ability to understand complex written or verbal instructions/requirements
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
