Job Description

The Manager of Enterprise Analytics will lead a team of analysts to develop data models, analysis, and reports to improve business results and operational effectiveness. The Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to understand the business issues, reporting requirements, and priorities for initiatives and line of business. This individual will be creating a center of excellence in actionable analytics to provide critical advisory information to Executive Leadership, Senior Management and Business Unit Managers. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate operational performance analysis to find conclusions using quantitative and critical thinking methodologies
  • Monitor KPI's, bring awareness to and provide in-depth root cause analysis to changes and trends
  • Produce and maintain an inventory of standard reports
  • Lead projects to create new reports, data models, and information tools based on business needs
  • Lead the FTE and SL planning and forecasting analysis for all call types and demand levels
  • Provide forecast versus actual analysis and insights into changes, drivers, and trends
  • Provide analysis for the Annual Open Enrollment Period (AEP) planning efforts
  • Develop performance metrics, audit controls, and dashboards to report actual performance against forecasts on a business unit or campaign level
  • Partner with call center leadership to improve the understanding of metrics and drivers
  • Provide support to the Carrier Account Management team, with forecasting for client business proposals
  • Individual client scorecards of service performance, when required
  • Manage a team of analysts by providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to assure that all reporting and analysis are completed at brand standard
  • Develop the analytical abilities of the team in order to prepare and develop reports, analysis, and insights in a perspicuous manner

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field
  • Background in Call Center Management, Analytics, and/or Consulting
  • Experience in translating findings into recommendations that are presented to Managers, Senior Management, and Executive Leadership
  • Strategic builder of capabilities 
  • Deep understanding of business drivers combined with a desire to continuously improve performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Products at the following levels: Advanced Excel Skills, Intermediate Word & Outlook skills, Intermediate Power Point skills, Intermediate Visio skills
  • Familiarity and understanding of SQL
