Now in over 400 rehabilitation hospitals, we are rapidly expanding across the country. We work with teams of physical and occupational therapists and support them in bringing a new approach to patient care, benefiting seniors recovering from conditions such as stroke, surgery and falls.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a business savvy Operations and Fulfillment Specialist to set up operations in Chicago.
You must be a self-starter. and have excellent communication skills, a resourceful mindset and a hands-on, can-do attitude. Success in this the role requires a rare combination of analytical problem solving, operations instinct, fine attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment process
- Order equipment from multiple vendors and track shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Plan and optimize installation schedules for new hospitals coming onboard
- Anticipate and address all other related needs
- Communicate regularly with vendors, distributors and Jintronix team, and establish new relationships as needed
- Manage equipment shipping and receiving
- Perform testing and QA on equipment, and ensure all suppliers adhere to standards
- Source and test equipment alternatives
- Manage freight and logistics for tradeshows
- Coordinate equipment returns, replacements and transfers
- Identify opportunities to scale and improve our systems and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Background in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, and/or QA
- Valid driver’s license
Essential skills and qualities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- A resourceful, positive and approachable problem solver with a track record of anticipating next steps
- Adept at identifying process improvements, managing costs, coordinating logistics, executing within a team and independently
- Exercise good judgement and capacity to make sound decisions
- Strong familiarity with consumer tech specifications (eg. TV, computer) and comfort with equipment assembly (eg. TV cart)
