As an senior position and is is a great way to progress your career and obtain leadership experience. You will be act as a point of escalation for the junior team members on your team. You will have the unique opportunity to work with modern and high tech systems. You will be handling issues, tasks, and challenging projects. You will play a role in troubleshooting, building and maintaining our growing, international IT footprint which is critical to the company's success. You will have a hands-on role with significant expectations to contribute both technically and culturally.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Be a point of escalation for tickets, problems, and questions from the rest of the team.
  • Be able to handle tasks and projects autonomously without help of others.
  • Troubleshoot, administrate, and support the company's global technology infrastructure across Virginia, Texas, Oregon, California, Utah, Georgia, Canada, London, and India
  • Be responsible for the quality of work of corresponding team you are associated with.
  • Act as a mentor and perform training for new team members.
  • Work with various teams within IT in order to implement their projects successfully. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a business service hosted by our IT department.
  • Be able to manage and lead advanced troubleshooting.

What You Need for this Position:

  • Associate degree in Technology or an equivalent focus. 
  • 3-4 years related experience with related position
  • Extensive knowledge with industry standard platforms, including Windows desktop (Windows 10) and Mac, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to hunt down a problem and find a solution
  • Great team work and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
  • Great customer service skills are essential
