Senior Technical Consultant - Data
The Senior Technical Consultant is part of the Service team within the Core Division of our organization. This individual is a hands-on generalist focused on leading both technical and functional aspects of the full software implementation process, specifically related to our insurance claims, billing and policy products. You will be the face of Origami Risk with our clients, leading discovery and requirements gathering activities, as well as collaborating with team members on configuration, implementation and support.

Responsibilities
- Communicates design and architecture decisions to senior consultants and Client Executives and supports their efforts during execution phase.
- Lead projects to implement Origami Risk's software into client environments in the Property & Casualty Insurance space.
- In collaboration with the Project Manager, directs work efforts of project team (Client Executive, Data Conversion Analyst, Risk Business Analyst).
- Work directly with insurance carries, TPA's, and MGA's to assist in implementation of our product to automate processes related to policy underwriting and administration
- Develops business and workflow strategy.
- Hands on configuration of system per direction of senior consultants and Client Executive, including building integration, data conversions and unit testing
- Manage a book of accounts, providing on-going support and recognizing expanded sales opportunities.
- Make recommendations on system configuration to support a client's business goals and objectives
- Provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features.
- Liaison between customer use and the product road map. (Act as a conduit between customer and product team to communicate customer feature requests and product gaps.)
- Lead expanded sales opportunities alongside sales executives to drive revenue
- Manage project plans and drive overall project accountability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS implementation and client relationship experience
- Experience in Risk Management or Insurance a plus
- Strong knowledge of policy, claims and billing processes
- Experience with SQL, XML, HTML required, Java/C# a plus
- Project Management background with proven success at driving customers to on-time and successful implementations.
