Role: Corporate Strategy Associate
Start Date: Immediate
Role Description & Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will support business operations, growth, and strategy at The Stepping Stones Group broadly, with a primary focus on (i) evaluating go-to-market opportunities and strategy; (ii) internal capacity and operational efficiency initiatives; and (iii) mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Within these domains, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage the organization, progression, and sharing of updates around key organic growth and operating model strategic initiatives
- Analyze and translate internal datasets to evaluate operating performance and drive organic growth planning
- Support internal market intelligence efforts, including researching industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing competitive landscapes
- Complete due diligence of acquisition and new business opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute on post-merger integration projects
- Work directly with the CSuite and Executive Leadership Team
- Provide analytical and presentation support for Executive and Board meetings
- Support other ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives
The Corporate Strategy Associate will sit in The Stepping Stones Group’s fast-growing Strategy Office, which is led by the CEO. Within the Strategy Office, you will report to the Strategy Manager and consistently work with the CEO. You will also have regular exposure to the Chief Development Officer, CFO, COO, and other members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Preferred Candidate Background:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skillset
- Skilled in coordinating and executing longterm projects
- Team player who excels in a collaborative environment
- Healthcare experience is nice-to-have
