Job Description

We are seeking an innovative game changer: a creative problem solving systems administrator equally comfortable with the needs of the customer and the business and continually evolving the group. This highly challenging and an intriguing opportunity for those that thrive in a transformational environment. Provide solutions and recommendations to the environment support team regarding enhancements, issues, releases and overall maintenance of environment. Maintain the functional areas of data integrity and object management, while providing solution support and development. Manage and lead initiatives that relate to the overall health of the environment. Convert user stories into accurate CRM solutions. Provide System Lead and Developer support to drive CRM solutions aligned with company's strategic objectives. While this position is primarily focused on supporting Salesforce CRM, it will not be limited solely to Salesforce.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, custom objects, applications and tabs
  • Help with ad-hoc reports and maintain/update current reports and Dashboards.
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Regularly perform data de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Manage Profiles, Sharing, User Permissions and Licenses for Standard and Partner Portal Users.
  • Maintain workflow, validation rules, field updates and email alerts
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data using Data Loader and DemandTools
  • Monitor Salesforce Helpdesk needs and act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users
  • Deliver training and communication to business users and salespeople.
  • Communicates policy and process changes effectively, positively and in a timely manner.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to gather business requirements and determine how to effectively translate them to Salesforce.com workflow.
  • Provide ongoing support and quickly fix bugs/production issues
  • Provide training on new processes/application changes to end users.
  • Provide Data and Analysis to Marketing and Sales based on List Pull Requests.
  • Use Reports, SOQL Queries to pull required data from Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather data from other systems.
  • Data Analysis, Manipulation and Report generation
  • Maintain workflow, validation rules, field updates and email alerts
  • Support and maintain current CRM: web interface, middle ware and data integration processes
  • Understand and contribute to the application and data architecture design
  • Perform system integration, application development, QA, and deployment of various applications
  • Analyze and deliver system enhancements based on support needs of internal business partners
  • Participate in all aspects of our Agile project methodology
  • Be on hand during releases to assist with deployments
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer at least one year as a Certified Salesforce.com Admin, or willing to get Certified shortly after accepting position
  • Experience developing custom reports and dashboards
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Access.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent grammar, a clear speaking voice and good listening skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible, receptive to change, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Must be able to multi-task and interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must have strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Must have the ability to travel to other company sites as necessary
