As the Systems Administrator, you will work under the Operations Manager mentorship and engineers guidance learning new skills. You will provide first class networking equipment and systems support driving service excellence on the global stage.

You’ll spend time on the following:
You will build and deploy new releases for software using SCCM and JAMF.
Migrate newly acquired companies to GSuite services .
Identify and lead efforts to implement improvements and automations for routine and repetitive tasks by using PowerShell, PHP, GAM, Bash, Python
Ambassador for new hires to ensure needed access to the global community connectivity through Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server
Own the monitoring and maintenance of network services; including computer hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and related technologies to ensuring connectivity and availability.
You will maintain and manage the Atlassian stack (confluence, and Jira).
Design and deploy VMWare vSphere 6.5 virtual environments globally
Design/ Implement TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, and Optical communication technology
Collaborate with teams across Groupon to ensure new technologies and solutions are properly documented and managed
Participate in on call rotations as needed.
We’re excited about you if you have:
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years' experience maintaining server and desktop systems, and the services and applications running on them using SCCM and JAMF.
You have experience automate repetitive tasks with Python or Powershell.
You have experience automating with APIs and web calls.
You have experience with information security tools including Proofpoint email filtering.
You are a whiz with monitoring systems such as Solarwinds, Nagios, etc.
You have good communication and teamwork skills, both face to face and via keyboard.
Experience with TCP/IP; including DNS and DHCP.
A big plus if you have prior experience with AWS environments including backup recovery systems; ideally Commvault.
A big plus if you have experience with developing maintaining and performing audits leveraging McAfee Anti-virus.
