RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve complex technical issues by working closely with Support and Engineering teams, utilize internal tools, identify root cause, and provide timely and satisfactory resolution
• Become an expert in Bento's product offering and platform capabilities
• Work closely with Support and Engineering teams to develop tools, processes, and documentation to automate and scale our ability to service our customers
• Provide technical support for our API platform for external developers

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• BS in Computer Science or 1-2 years professional experience in web development
• Experience debugging modern web applications and APIs
• Experience working with REST APIs and SQL/relational databases
• Experience building support and automation tools
• Stellar written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way for non-technical audiences
• A thoughtful & analytical approach to problem solving
• Be an advocate for customers 
• Unflappable personality that can take on challenges with grace, humor, professionalism, and tact
