Position Details:

As a participant in our internship program, candidates have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to CSG’s extensive product portfolio while growing their technical knowledge base and product management experience. As a Product Management intern you will be responsible for providing research and company analysis across the Media and Entertainment industry. This position requires collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers.

CSG International’s Ascendon solution provides its clients an avenue to easily manage market and monetize premium digital content to customers.  The solution, offered as a set of software services or an integrated solution, allows top brands of all sizes an opportunity to create and manage new revenue streams; increasing return with every content transaction.  Ascendon sets itself apart from the competition by supporting the most popular content types and providing a set of powerful back-office tools to foster offer management, marketing, financial management and trend reporting activities.

Our Interns will work closely with senior team members to gain hands on experience in modern software development techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Provide product guidance to Product Management and answer  questions that arise from market trend analysis and SWOT Analysis
• Review and understand product vision as set by Product Management
• Provide  competitive research, company analysis and industry trends
• Complete SWOT analysis and provide guidance on market trends
• Attend iteration demos for software team and provide feedback
• Develop unique requirements based on industry best practices or by evaluating client requests
• Interested in Media, Entertainment and Streaming capabilities and working in a SAAS environment
• Ability to work full-time out of our Chicago Office starting in June through August
• Working towards an Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in of Information Technology, Economics, Finance or related field
