We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our development team and have a major impact on the evolution of our platform. 

What You’ll Do

• Write clear requirements for new functionality and communicate them to the Engineering team
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritize items based on customer needs and product vision
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments across the company (Support, Client Success, etc)
• Master our product and become an expert for other internal teams to leverage
• Assist development teams during the sprint with any questions they have about requirements
• Assist with release rollout process and product announcements
• Monitor analytics tools for insights and KPI tracking
• Help determine the strategic direction for the company. Stay on top of industry trends and other competitors in the space.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience breaking down work into clear and well-defined user stories
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. You can pick up new and loosely-defined tasks, and run with them without the need for hand-holding.
• Proactiveness. You don’t need to wait for instructions to be able to make positive contributions
• Comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira 
• Experience with Google Analytics and Firebase
