We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic Associate Product Owner to join our team and help push our products forward to bring them to the next level of excellence in our industry.

The Product Management team works closely with customers, prospects, partners, service, sales, and engineering teams to guide new features and products from idea to release. As an Associate Product Owner, you will translate business needs into technical requirements to deliver technology solutions to help make our clients happy. In this role you will work closely with many diverse groups both inside and outside the company, be a bridge of communication to solve problems, deliver fantastic products, and help drive success at Litera Microsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop our product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive release planning and execution to successfully deliver both strategic and tactical market driven products
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria which effectively communicate problems to be solved by engineering
• Use market research and market driven feedback to own and prioritize the development backlogs
• Partner with service, sales, and development teams to act as the voice of the customer and to channel feedback, mediate, and drive consensus between these groups
• Work with marketing, technical writing, service, and sales to successfully launch products, attend industry and client events, provide thought leadership, as well as create training materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, BS or MS preferred
• 0-2 years of experience with enterprise software product management, product owner, or business analyst experience in an agile environment
• Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing (certification a plus)
• Knowledge of agile concepts or lean practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to translate complex business and technical details to and from development and client facing groups
• Must work well with multiple stakeholders with differing objectives in a dynamic environment
• A self-motivated leader with a curiosity and passion to deliver great products and user experiences
