Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis. 
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of defining and understanding processes to be able to gather business and functional requirements. 
• A history of supporting dynamic and successful projects, with a strong understanding of Project Management principles.
• Solid experience with and understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology.  This includes writing user stories and acceptance criteria, reviewing wireframes, backlog grooming, and sprint management. 
• Understanding of technology solutions and frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to negotiate with stakeholders and project team members to influence project execution.
• Excellent planning, organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to be able to come up with pragmatic solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Your job as a Business Analyst may include the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and processes, including pain points, for all potential user types.
• Create project requirements that align with business goals and processes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint planning with the project team.
• Work closely with the business and project team to answer any requirements related questions and ensure that solutions are aligned with requirements. 
• Review wireframes with the Design team.
• Work with QA team to ensure that the test cases are aligned with the requirements.
• Provide support to the Senior PM with issue management and project reporting. 
• Create, update, and manage deliverables, such as process diagrams and business and functional requirements documents.
