Job Description
Blitsy is seeking a full-time Customer Success Representative in our Chicago, IL office located in West Town. Blitsy is an online retailer focused on selling arts & craft supplies and inspiring our creative fan base.
The ideal candidate will go above and beyond to resolve customer issues while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. The right person will be a customer advocate who responds to each inquiry in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner. Our goal is for every customer to leave our site with a desire to come back and tell their friends about their positive experience with us!
The Blitsy Customer Service Representative must be able to:
• Respond quickly to all customer inquiries in a professional manner over the phone and via our online portal, Zendesk
• Investigate customer questions, issues, and complaints
• Resolve issues regarding shipping, refunds, billing, order satisfaction, and other logistics-related queries
• Explain core features and functionality of the Blitsy website
• Communicate questions to proper internal personnel and update them regarding new bugs or issues that need to be addressed
• Accurately maintain records of customer correspondence using Blitsy’s backend systems and Google Suite
• Provide ideas and feedback to management
• Assist in maintaining and increasing current repeat order rates

• Be internet-savvy and computer proficient
• Possess a strong understanding of Google Suite
• Be a team player
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt quickly to change
• Be comfortable making sound decisions that benefit both the customer and business

Compensation
$13.50/hour paid every two weeks
Hours
40 hours per week, plus applicable overtime.
Normal hours of operations are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time, hourly
Base Pay: $28,000.00 /year
